After enduring the pain of poverty, Dr. Saheb earned fame and fame by serving the common people at a young age. He developed a passion for educational work through medical service. Behind that, with the inspiration of the late Dr. Prabha J. Magdum, he established Jayaprabha English School and started his educational work. Seeing the difficulties and hardships faced by the poor and the needy in the education of the students, especially in the rural areas of Shirol taluka and surrounding villages, he recognized the need for a polytechnic college and established the Dr. J. J. Magdum Trust in western Maharashtra and lit the torch of an educational revolution. It is because of the idea of ​​the late Dr. Prabha Magdum that today the name of the J. J. Magdum Trust is a pioneer in the educational field. At present, through the trust, along with the Polytechnic, Homeopathic Medical, Engineering, Pharmacy, Ayurvedic and Nursing Colleges, the Yashwantrao Chavan Mukta Vidhyapeeth, Modi Hospital and the Late Jo. To. P. G. This concept was implemented. Currently 17 educational institutions are functioning through the trust. Out of which Dr. J. J. Magdum College of Engineering has received N. B. A.
